Hi! We’re Dennis, Melissa, Kyder, Oakley, and Asia—the coffee-loving family with a dream born from a year of mission work in Seattle during 2016-2017. There, we explored over 50 unique coffee shops, which ignited our passion for gourmet coffee. Dennis, the introverted yet always ready for a deep chat, has a knack for brewing the perfect cup of gourmet coffee and espresso. Meanwhile, Melissa thrives on social interactions, meticulously planning, and decorating, especially when it involves crafting custom desserts. Though we initially returned to Canada with hopes of opening a coffee shop, life led us instead to a hardware/lumber retail business.
Fast forward to 2024, we're finally making our coffee dreams a reality. After touring our province and not finding the right coffee trailer, we designed and built our own with painstaking attention to detail and quality. Dennis, with some help, installed a serving window in a cargo trailer and set up the electrical and water systems, passing health and safety inspections with flying colors. Now, equipped with high-quality coffee grinders and an espresso machine dialed in to perfection, we're ready to serve!
